SCENT + ART stands behind every kit. If customers are not completely satisfied, they may return their purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened Kits
- Full refund for unopened kits in original packaging
- Free return shipping label provided
- All components must be included
Opened Kits
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened personal care products cannot be returned. However, SCENT + ART will work with customers on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@scentplusart.com to discuss options including partial refunds or replacement components.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a kit arrives damaged or any component is defective, SCENT + ART will replace it or provide a full refund.
To request a replacement:
- Submit a return request through the contact page or email support@scentplusart.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include order number, photos of damage, and brief description
- Response within 24-48 hours with resolution
No return shipping required for damaged items. Replacement ships as soon as possible.
Wrong Item Received
If the wrong item was shipped, SCENT + ART will send the correct kit as soon as possible with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Contact within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Submit a return request through the contact page or email support@scentplusart.com
- Include order number and reason for return
- Receive Return Authorization (RMA) number and return label within 24 hours
- Pack kit in original packaging with RMA number clearly marked
- Ship using prepaid label provided
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of return receipt.
Refunds
Full Refund Includes:
- Kit purchase price
- Original shipping (if item was defective or incorrect)
Non-Refundable:
- Original shipping costs (for standard returns)
- Return shipping (for change-of-mind returns)
Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after approval, depending on financial institution
Important Safety Notes
Perfumer's alcohol is hazardous material and cannot be returned without special shipping authorization. In most cases, SCENT + ART offers refunds without requiring return of alcohol components.
Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but quality issues will be addressed.
